Default Noisy Allante

I have a 1990 Allante and it is quite loud. Muffler has been replaced and it is still loud. There are no leaks in the system. Is there any solution to this problem?

I'm going to assume engine loud? Not clanking or any other type of noise.

If so, towards the front or back of the vehicle?

Look again very carefully at the exhaust manifolds. They tend to crack where the runners meet the manifold.

I do not considered cracked manifolds repairable, but they can and often are repaired, welded.
Simply stated, they dont last much after that. Welding cast metal is not exactly a permanent fix.

Headers anyone?

I wonder if anyone that has modified any FWD Cad for the drag-strip has found stock headers to fit.
