Radiator Fan Won't Go Off
On my 1994 Fleetwood Brougham, both radiator fans are running all the time and won't turn off, even after turning off the car, draining the battery. There is no warning light of overheating or other heating/cooling problems. I have to unplug the fans. Had this problem a month or so ago and then it went away, now its back. Please help.
