Default interior lights stay on

My good friend has a 95 fleetwood and the interior lights will not turn off, so he has removed the fuse. What could it be???? Please help. Thanks

Headlight switch rotated all the way to interior lights on? earlier GM cars would do this if tin foil or a dime etc were under a cigarette lighter, blows the 20 amp courtesy fuse, feeds back thru the dome lamp circuit and the lights stay on dimly.

Yes, I have an owners manual. But was unable to locate an interior light fuse.
This owners manual reads like a Manual for "Dummies" who have never been taught to drive. Talks about how to operate windows, how to put in gear what to do if going through high water, how to change fluids and put gas in, even how to clean it inside and out. But not a darn thing on interior light fuses.

Thanks - have the same issue - small cupboard light type switch attached to the door lock? Couldn't find one anywhere last year. What part number please and what dealer? Does it fit the 93-6 FWBs?

Thanks Nick
