My good friend has a 95 fleetwood and the interior lights will not turn off, so he has removed the fuse. What could it be???? Please help. Thanks

RE: interior lights stay on
Headlight switch rotated all the way to interior lights on? earlier GM cars would do this if tin foil or a dime etc were under a cigarette lighter, blows the 20 amp courtesy fuse, feeds back thru the dome lamp circuit and the lights stay on dimly.

RE: interior lights stay on
Door jam switch malfunction. I just replaced one on my Suburban, $8 at the dealer.

Do you have owners manual?

Ground
Someone said lights staying on ended up being a ground. Can you tell me what ground and where it is located?:(
Thanks so much for your help. |

Yes, I have an owners manual. But was unable to locate an interior light fuse.
This owners manual reads like a Manual for "Dummies" who have never been taught to drive. Talks about how to operate windows, how to put in gear what to do if going through high water, how to change fluids and put gas in, even how to clean it inside and out. But not a darn thing on interior light fuses.:( |
