1987 Brougham Question:

1987 Brougham. Climate control module is out of the car. When I turn the key to start the engine, it does not turn over. Do I need to jumper some pins in the climate control harness?

Climate Control has nothing to due with starting car. Car is pre vats. It should be a basic battery, starter, connection concern.
