The "servie ride control" indicator comes on due to a failure in the electronic suspension control. This will trigger a failue code to register in the diagnostic system. Go to any local autozone store and they will retrieve the failure code for FREE. Once you have the code go online to www.justanswer.com they have mechanics available to address your concerns based on the code you provide.
