Hello,


Just bought my first 2002 Escalade Friday and I love it! Truck has 139,000 miles, AWD, 6.0L, pretty clean I'd say almost everything works just like it should!


Only thing it needs is the mirror control switch isn't working. Is this common? Junk yard or buy it new?


Maintenance question:


What is the first thing Cadi owners might do when buying one at these miles? I checked all fluids they look pretty good but I've always been into tranny flushes, changing all gear oils ect... Any suggestions?

Brake fluid should be changed (Not in owners manual). Just follow owners manual. Mirror switches seem to last if they don't get rained on. Pick and Pull salvage yards best place to shop, plus you can find out how to get it out without breaking you door panel. Junk yard panel may not be so lucky.
