Anyone thinking of buying one of these from Coastal Electronic Technologies might want to hold off for now. I bought one and it fizzled out about 5 minutes after installation. I've left two phone messages and e-mailed for a replacement with no response. I'd like to give them an opportunity to support their product before I make a negative post about it, but right now I wouldn't recommend that anyone take the plunge until they make good.

Anyone else having problems?
