Hello! This is the first time in any forum so pls be paitent.

the victim is a 1994 eldorado with approx 100k miles. within the last 3 months the injectors were pulled and cleaned and the compture board that controls he fuel distribution was replaced.
there has been slight oil leak (not on the ground though) which requires a quart every 2 months or so.
the real problem is the tremendous amount of white smoke that comes from the exhaust when you start the car. the acrid odor of fuel also accompanies this trail of steam and fuel. the engine idles roughly fr about 10 to 15 min at which time the smoke clears and all appears to be fine. the heater appears to work fine whereas heat is genereated in the cabin.
i did put 6 tablets in the raidator but the problem seems to have intensified.
i relaize this may be a head gasket....what are the other possible scenarios? and most importantly what can I expect to pay for the repair?
