Transmission issues?
Hey guys,
Recently installed 2 12" subs, a 500W amp and two new aftermarket speakers in the rear.. Two days later, things seem to start taking a turn for the worse. The Refrigerant thing definitely needs to be fixed, but now I've got a 'Service Transmission' Warning coming up. Took it in, had someone look at it and charge me way to much to just give me an error code, as I could've done that myself. Anywho, The issue that they seem to think it is, is that the Transmission torque convertor clutch is stuck open.. Now let me know if I'm wrong, but wouldn't that be obvious if it were actually the case? My transmission is running quite smoothly, so I'm thinking it may just be an issue with the computer/wiring? Anybody had any of these issues? I've read before that eldorado's are pretty annoying after you put in aftermarket audio, but I couldn't seem to find that post. Any help would be appreciated.
