Default Service Electtrical System

Last week i bought a 97 Eldorado, and i must say that i like it very much. My problem is that the day after i bought the car, the DIC flashes "service electrical system." I had the codes checked, and they came back p0603 history, b1552 history, and p0724 current. I did some checking online to find what the codes mean i found that the first two together usually have to do with the battery or alternator. I took a battery shop and had them check the bat. and alt. Both tested good (bat. 800CCA, Alt. 14.18 volts), but they did find that one of the battery terminals was loose. After that i cleared all the codes again and was able to drive about 4 miles before the "service electrical system" flashed on the DIC again. When i pulled the codes again, p0724 current was the only one that came back. Code p0724 means Brake Circut High, but I dont know what that means or how to fix it. If anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it.Besides the warning on the DIC, the only other problem is that it is hard to start sometimes. Not particularily when the motor is cold or hot, but more like when it wants to. Thanks for the help
