I have a PZM B2471 code on my 99 Eldorado. I read the Sticky about the code but..... Where is this "courtesy relay" located?? Ive check my owners manual for it and Ive also skimmed through my FSM but cant find where it is. Can someone point it out for me. Also, if one of the interior bulbs burns out do all of the int lites then not work, kinda like a xmas tree lite??? Obviously i want to start with the bulbs, then go to the relay, then to the BCM i guess. Thanks for the help...Dan

 

did you check rear seat back frame behind trunk liner

 

I checked all the fuses behind the back seat. Is the "relay" buried further yet into the seat? I guess I'll have to tear into a bit more. Do the other courtesy lites work if one burns out??? Thanks

 

they should. Wiring diagram will be in section 8A. of FSM there will be a component locator and illustrations.

 

Still no luck on the Interior lites. I replaced the Intermittent Pwer Relay, tried a different BCM, checked ALL the fuses and nothing.
