Using Factory Shop Manual to troubleshoot a PS0038 code that won't go away. Get to point of checking power at fuse, and I'm getting no power at the RFD 20 amp fuse. If no power, It says to "Check Fuse B (and related circuits)".

I've looked at every diagram and can't figure out where 'fuse b' is?

The fuse is located in the engine compartment. P038 is a oxygen sensor code.
