I have a 1995 cadillac eldorado and I want to add a new muffler to make it sound more like a sports car. I was thinking about a flowmaster series 40,50, 80 or super 44. I would like someone's opinion on which muffler would fit the eldorado the best and would still make that low, aggressive, grumbly sound that the Northstar V8 deserves. Thanks.

 

I shopped mufflers local. Lou's Custom Exhaust.
He cut off the two I had then allowed me to listen in the work bay while he put some Flowmasters on the pipes.
Way too loud and raspy.
The Magnaflow's we tried were horrible. Stupid loud.
He then put his house brand on, a pair of polished stainless steel mufflers with SS embossed on the case.
Perfect sound, very mellow, a good bark when punched but quiet at cruising speed.
