I just took my '92 Eldorado out of winter storage. As soon as I started it I noticed that the tach and the fuel gauge were pulsating up and down. When I started driving the speedometer did the same thing and wouldn't go above 20 mph. The next thing I noticed was the driver info. section of the instrument cluster was black as well as the radio display. I thought maybe a fuse had blown and was causing the problem but they were all ok. I hope the cluster isnt cooked. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

Can you give me a little bit more info. about the codes? Do I need to bring it to a dealer to get the codes read?
