76 eldorado valve behind the rear license plate
A lot of times, people buy those to replace the air pump for the shocks. They would rather pay under $15 for an air valve than $200 for the pump. Years ago, my mom drove a 1984 Buick Riviera (aka Eldorado but with a more reliable engine). The former owners installed the air valves, and when the shocks lost air, I would go to the gas station to inflate.

I have quite silly question. What does the valve behind the rear license plate belong to? Above the fuel cap... (see pictures). Many thanks for your replies!
