Hello. I am trying to help my grandfather with his 73' Eldorado convertible. He is 5'10" and I guess it's possible he shrunk, but as the original owner of the car he has never needed to sit on top of a pillow to see over the hood. Now he does. My 5'7" dad has the same issue in the car. I can't imagine Cadillac was only building cars for people 6ft +. Any ideas on a possible solution? The original motor in the original 6 way power bench seat seems to work fine, just won't go high enough. I'm open to any and all possible solutions. Thanks, Alex

 

power seat riser goes up about 3 inches. if seat front and rear is going all the way up, it maybe that cushion has collapsed. An auto upholstery shop can help
