Getting the Low Refrig Pressure - A/C Off message. Tried adding refrigerant and I still get the message. The low side seemed to be pressured right, but the high side just kept climbing and climbing until the pop-off valve let loose.

1- what could be the cause of the high side pressure problem?
2- anyone have a pdf of a service manual they would be willing to share?

From what I understand the code for the air has to reset or it won't take refrigerant...I saw how to do it on here but can[t find it now...Mine won't let me add refrig either..can someone help
