I've been experiencing trouble with the idle of my DTS, its cutting off while sitting at a stop light and during operation, and its accelerating on its own. I tried a major tune-up and replacing the map sensor. Neither fixed the problem. Any suggestions/solutions??

 

take it into the dealer .. get them to check it over .. that sounds scary ..

 

replace both crank sensors
