I have my heart set on a Cadillac DTS. Looking all over the US on sites like CARS.com and CARsforsale.com. I really the vinyl soft tops that was an option on these cars. I live in the Northwest and I notice most of these soft top cars that I find are on East Coast. (NY & NJ) Is there a reason for this? Is this a climate thing or an East Coast style thing? Anyone know?
