Blower Motor Not Working

Going through flow chart it should. You want to verify power and ground to control. There is a white label on spare cover with 3 digit codes. You should see either CJ2 or CJ4. from your description I believe you should see CJ2. Chart doesn't doesn't really change CJ4 has a relay that CJ2 doesn't use.

CJ2. I have to pull the dash panel again to test for continuity. Just to make sure I got it right if there is no breaks in the line I should have continuity between gray w\pink on the controller side and gray w\blue on the resistor side.

yes, and no short to ground or volts.

Connector X202 is where wire changes colors. It has 16 pins I would look there. Location as described in service info. X204 is 8 pin connector
I/P harness to the HVAC harness, under the right side of the I/P to the left of the blower motor next to X204

So it turns out in my opinion it's bad design, the connector is attached to the HVAC ductwork and apparently the duck work has a leak causing it to drip onto connector 202 and caused quite a bit of corrosion. Cleaned up the corrosion and everything is back to 100%. Thanks for all your help I couldn't do it without you!
