I just bought a 97 Seville and the blower motor doesn't come on.
I want to run through the test procedures but not sure wher to start. What should the voltage be at the red,grey, black wires at the terminal?
Before I start throwng money at this, I figure start at the relay, move to the resistor and then the motor itself. Haynes manual is very vauge.

i dont know if this helps you, but my sons SLS had problems with blower not comming on. and it was the pig tail plug at the motor..from years of running the heat the plug sort of melted slightly and didnt make a good connection, not a snug fit anymore. sometimes it worked and then would quit.

you can get a oem plug for around $15.00 and splice it in. might be the problem.
