Default 2000 DTS blower motor, heat, a/c compressor inoperative

I have a 2000 DTS. Today my mom was driving it and the a/c stopped working. When I got home I started it up and turned on the a/c and i hear some clicking and subtle thumping noises inside the dash but no air blows out when the switch is turned to a/c or heat. Also, I checked under the hood to see if the a/c compressor clutch had engaged but it was not turning. Now, I think my problem is gonna be a fuse, switch or relay if it isn't the blower motor itself. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks for reply. I know its been a while but I wanted to say that i fixed it. Turns out it was the blower motor. I know I mentioned in my previous thread that the ac compressor was not turning when it actually was. So I went under the dash and disconnected the blower motor, applied 12V at the pins and nothing. I replaced it for $52 new about a week after my first thread and its been working fine since.
