Wiper won’t shut off when engine is on. The wipers go slow and fast also spays WW fluid intermittently without touching the switch. When I put it on auxiliary power the wiper and washer work normally.

I have replace multi switch, and wiper motor. I can find the fuse which is fine but I cannot find a WW relay.

2001 cadi deville. Any help would be appreciated.
