Lightbulb What's wrong with the TCS?

I have a Cadillac Deville 2004 and recently had the front break pads replaced. The new ones work just fine, but shortly after, the Traction Control light started to come on. The light stays on all the time while driving and usually turns on after driving a couple of blocks. I had it checked by the mechanic to make sure they didn't left anything unplugged. He checked the vehicle and everything seemed in place. I had it scanned and got the code IPM B0429 but does not seem to be related. What do you think it might be?
