Default tire pressure sensor calibration

I just came back from Goodyear. They rotated my tires but could not calibrate them. Now when I check the tire pressure on the display, it shows no numbers at all.
Does anyone know the procedure for calibrating a 2002 Deville? I could see Goodyear was using the remote and letting air out of the tires, but that did not work for them. I did change the battery a few weeks ago, if that makes any difference.

Im trying to think if that system was in at that time????????? let me do a little research. I'll be back, or maybe someone will chime in before. did the problem start when battery was put in, or when tires were rotated??
