Have you got plastic covers loose from base of seat track? Will seat travel forward and back?

I have taken these seats out many times, so why the smart answer? Somehow you need to get seat to go forward to uncover bolts that hold it to the floor. Front of seat track locks in to slots in cross bar made into floor. Removing seat bottom cover and cushion may help you see, also try tapping on motors to see if you can get them to move. Look at passenger seat track in rear, driver seat attaches same way.
