ok i am having the weirdest problems with this car if someone could please help. ok my 88 cadillac deville just stalled out and wouldnt start back up again. until the other day i let it sit for 2 months i went out to see if it would crank and much to my surprise it started and ran when i turned it off because of overheating it wont start again please help

 

Are you mechanically inclined to check the basics for a car that won't start?
If so, tell us what you have checked/tested so far.
IMO this is way to vague for an internet diagnosis.
You give us almost no info and this makes it very difficult to help.
