Overheat and low oil pressure

Overheat and low oil pressure
Few strange things lately. First, while idling, the car warms up, usually no higher than 230. When I begin to drive, it cools back down, usually to between 196 and 210. Today, the a/c stopped working while I was on lunch break. I also at that time, received a check oil level message. Which I did, and found that the oil level was fine.
When I returned to my car 4 hours later, the a/c was blowing cold again. I drove a few miles, turned the car off, and worked out for about an hour. When I got back to my car, I only drove a few miles and the temperature was going through the roof. I stopped, let it cool down, and checked the fluid levels. The coolant level was fine. Oil too. Tried to drive again but it immediately heated up, so I had it towed. Once the tow truck got to my destination, I received a "low oil pressure, turn car off" message, which I did.
Anyone have any leads I can follow up on?
Thanks!
EDIT: Sorry, forgot to tell you what car I have, LOL. 1996 Deville.
