it doesn't miss when running just doesn't wanna start up would a plug or coil do it only on start up?

 

could it be the catalytic converter making it act like this?

 

i was almost going to say the cat might be bad. but what tells me it shouldnt be the cat is that the car runs fine when its running, but at the same time the O2 sensor isnt getting a good reading. so i would just have an exhaust shop check it out and see what they say. Other wise check coils and have them check to see if they have a good strong spark.

 

It was The "Fuel Pressure Regulator" lastnight had another backfire with a strong odor of gas.. looked around and eventually found the regulator leaks

 

nice catch! Good to see it wasnt nothing to hard to find. I assume once thats taken care of you should be good to go then. update us how things turn out down the road.

 

I have an issue with mine hard to start only sometimes, it stalls randomly. I'll drive it for 1000km no problems, then outta no where dies. If I let it sit for a bit it's gets better. Hotter the weather seems to get worse.

Any ideas?? I was gonna go strait to fuel pump n swap it out.
