Have a 03 deville, 4t80e trans. put new right axle in due to old one spitting grease and also put new wheel bearing in to fix my abs light. Car has 78k. Drove home from work which is about 20 miles. Turned in and got home went to leave later and every gear was like neutral. Put old axle I'm and decided to run it while up in the air. Everything was fine. Put it down and moved little acted like maybe axle popped out. Rechecked and axles good. Fluid was just changed and filters, fluids full. No dtc's

Do I have a axle issue or trans issue. Another problem is when dipstick is out in park engine running the fluid will shoot out of the fill/dip stick hole, was thinking clogged line or vent, possibly pressure issue. Maybe its all related

 

I think it is trans issue. Axle issues will show other issues but it will not stop moving.
