ISC is "Idle Speed Control" this keeps the idle at around 600-700 rpms. It is located by the throttle body its that little black motor with a silver aluminum shaft that you can adjust to change the idle.You can check to see if it gets stuck in one spot or if it needs to be readjusted while the car is idling.
