Where exactly would the flasher for a 97 Deville be located?.......Let me back up. The problem i'm having is the right side lights up (all exterior lights )when the right turn signal is on and the left side doesn"t light up at all when the left turn signal is on.My suspicions are the flasher. Please help.

 

The flasher is located under the dash on the extreme left side tucked way up under the dash look near the light switch

good luck it is a pain to get to
