I KNOW THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM ESPECIALLY WITH THE HEAT ! DOES ANYONE KNOW A GOOD GLUE FOR THIS JOB ?

 

Not sure if you still need an answer to your question but I just glued mine using Gorilla glue (from Home Depot). I put a dab on the edges that were raised up, placed a brick on top of it and it's held up now for 2 weeks in the Texas heat.

 

i ahev also seen some people use 3M adheisive.
