Default Calling All Cadillac Pros!

Hi All,

I am new to the forum and desperately looking for some help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK, here's the story:

My grandmother left me a 1999 Deville but I can't find ANY info on what it's worth.
It's called a "vintage edition" but I think that's just a name used by the dealers.
I can't find "vintage edition" on the kbb or on any other car listing sites out there.

Here are the specs:

- 1999
- 9,000 miles, that's 9,000
- white with blue cloth top with gold rivets (and blue leather)
- gold grill, gold all over the place
- nice tires with white stripes and chrome rims
- a plaque on the dash saying it was custom built for my grandparents in palm beach, florida
- the car drops down over the back two tires

Can ANYONE help me find info on how much this is worth? I called a dealer, but they're all so full of it. One guy said he'd give me $3,000 for it - jerks! LOL
Anyway, any help, any website, would be VERY appreciated!

Would this fall under a "classic car?"

Thanks so much!

Deb

Hey Deb: When it comes to classic cars the price comes down to what ever a person is willing to pay. If someone sees what you see in the car then he will go to whatever it takes to obtain that car. As you probably well know the older cadillacs are having a real resurgence lately and are drawing some phenominal prices. What you have to decide is do you hang on to the car for posterity and as a momento to your grandparents( which I would do) or do you try and put an artificial price on it and let it go. 9000 miles, man that is truly a keeper in my books but your the boss. Not much help to you as far as a price is concerned but I think you know that you have some soul searching to do. In the mean time , enjoy it as much as you can.Chow.

First of all we need to know a few more things. Is it a.....
1. concours sedan
2. d'elegance
3. sedan.
4. options ( leather, moon,parking sensors etc.
The "Vintage Edition" is a dealer installed mod.
depending on if it means something to the potential buyer, it really addsa$100 to$250value to it. If you add " imitation convertable" to the discription on KBB is will add the value of it.
My guess is that it would be worth about 10k maybe more depending on other options and model.
Hope this helped.
This is a very nice body style and looksgreat with a set of 18's or 19' on it.
Sounds like you got a nice driver there, Cruise and have fun.
