Caddy won't start

Help I'm new I have a 2000 Cadillac Deville it won't start battery good I turn it on and nothing just like it has a bad battery but it's brand new if I have a security issue how do I bypass or reset

battery cables? Codes? Some auto parts stores have a tool loaner program. There is also the apps with the ALDL plug in.

You turn the key and there's nothing? No chimes, does your dash light up, radio turn on, headlights work?
