i just bought a 99 deville 50th yr limited edition 4.6l northstar .......but i am having a elecrtic issue i have daytime running lights but when i turn my headlights on they dont work no high or low beams but i have parking lights....also imy horn dont work or my windsheild wipers ethier....also on top of all this mess my windows and radio stay on all the time and it keeps draining my battery i need help...

somebody please help me with all of it or some anything i need help

Is car competely stock, if no whats been changed?

 

yes car is 100% stock ....were is all the fuses and rlays and breakers for this car?

 

Fuses boxs underhood to driver side fender well, only part are under little door others under plastic panel. there is also one in trunk and relay center behind rear seat in trunk.

It seems you have several separate problems. How much do you know about fixing cars? Since you just bought car you need the factory books. they will help a ton. I can try to help you, but I need to know what you can do. Don't say your something your not, please.

 

i know some about cars but i do have limits ...im going to check the relays today but yes try yo help me

 

i have found and fix all the problems at once.......so i check all the under the hood relays and found out that two were bad and coroed so i spent $30 on two relays and 30 min.....ta...da i have everything working thanks all for your help

 

now there is a happy ending!!!!!! dang slow, i wish the sts was that simple....lol 1sickcady, how did you know they were coroded?

i seen on here or another forum about somebody having same problem with the headlights and so i investagated and found 2 bad relays and the rest croed and so with 2 new relays and a little cleang ta da fixed
