I got a 1996 DeVille Concours. It has no vaccuum to the fuel pressure regulator and is running really poorly. The intake has a lot of carbon in it and i can't find the port that the regulator runs to on the throttle body. I don't feel any open holes where it would be at. Can this also setan O2 code?I have two that are set for the sensor before the cat. Any help would be appreciated.

 

get yerself a can of carb cleaner and start spraying around, you gotta find the break to cuase a no vacuum condition, also look for kinks in the vacuum hose for the FPR, clean your throttle body as well, she'll thank you for it
