93 deville rear shock bolts
can the bottom bolts on rear shocks be impacted out after the nut is off? or are they slotted in any way? i beat the **** out of the bolts after some good sprays of penetrating lube and they didnt even budge...

I have a 1999 Cadillac Deville since I had it the deferral by no means worked right i tried everything. then i went to the junk yard took the air compressor off a 2005 cadillac deville changed some brackets and the connector and with the new air shocks from arnott susp.
