88 deville blower fan staying on after car is off and killing battery

88 deville blower fan staying on after car is off and killing battery
88 coupe de vile. Inside blower is staying on after car is turned off and is killing my battery. The only way it goes off is if I disconnect the battery. Tested everything on climate control panel and all is working fine. Fuse are all good too.
