2002 cadillac diville misfiring 1 and 6

Help i have replaced the coils the plugs and boots and still a p0300 misfire code 1 and 6 is there and it will go away when i stomp the gas but come back at idle the car has 110k on it

What did the plugs look like on those cylinders?
Have you checked compression yet?

the caddy dealer said that it needed head gaskets the plugs were white

The only other thing i could think of would be an injector issue.
I would swap #2and#6 to see if the misfire moves.
But if a compression check turned up a head gasket problem, then thats that.
