Hello, I'm new & interested in purchasing a 1999 DeVille. I'venoticed thevisual differences between the D'Elegance & Concours models. I'm also aware of the 25HP difference. Whatexactly are themechanical differences between the two models? Thanks for your help! [sm=dontgetit.gif]

I noticed that as a standard feature, the 97-99 DeVille Concours has a Responsive Suspension listed. What is it?

Does the suspension on the 97-99 Concours automatically lower when traveling at ahigh speed, similar to that on the Lincoln Mark VIII?

Just curious as to why the car with more hp and a higher speed limiter would come with a lower rated speed tire?

H are rated at 130 mph which is higher thanS at 112 mph, its just one of those things that makes no sense. The speed is limited to the tires, both cars could easily hit150 mph with V rated tires.

The suspension does lower and lift according to conditions, the big Cadillac runs low and stable at high speed.
