1993 deville trouble turning over sometimes?

1993 deville trouble turning over sometimes?
I have a 1993 Cadillac Deville, lately when trying to start the car everything lights up to start but won't start? After a short while it kicks over. Anyone have an idea why?

I was driving home tonight, while at a stop light the security light can on then shut of after 20-25 sec. Nothing happen and then drove home.
