Default 1992 Deville 4.9 Idle Speed Control Issue

Hello

So I'm pretty sure I am having an issue with this Idle Speed Control Motor on a '92 Coupe DeVille because after it warms up and you drive it for a while the idle goes up (especially if you turn on the AC) and it's almost impossible to get it down. I found a video of a guy replacing one on a sedan. His ISC was an after market one for sure and I went ahead and found one on ebay that looks just like his. Its made by Walker. He just installed it, gapped the space between the plunger and the throttle lever and turned the engine on so that the ISC would do a relearn. The car seemed to idle fine after that. However the instructions that came with this Walker ISC say to take both motors apart and take the thrush washers from the shaft of old one and put them on the shaft of the new one. Put it all back together and install it, gap it and turn the engine on for a relearn. I'm thinking I might have gotten a wrong ISC. Has anybody else installed one of these Walker Idle Speed Control Motors?

Thanks in advance for any light you can shed on this situation.
