1988 Cadillac Deville-Heater isnt working

Eversince I replaced my water pumped on thanksgiving, my heater will not work, it blows out cool air, but never gets warm or hot, plz someone help, I'm freezin in dallas.

Are both heater hose hot, going to heater core?

I fixed it, I just needed some anitfreeze, I have a leak somewhere

maybe you didnt refill it all the way when you replaced the water pump ????
