Default Wheel slow to return to center - 2004 CTS

Hi, I just bought a 2004 CTS with sport package and 113k miles. The steering wheel doesn't seem to have much force to bring it back to center after cornering. Most cars, you can simply let go of the wheel after a turn, and it moves back to center. This one, you need to move it back yourself. It's not like you need to force it back hard or anything, but it's annoying. It only seems to do it when turning a corner, at lower speeds. When, for example, turning at 20-30mph at a fork at the road, it will center on its own.

Is this normal for the CTS that has advanced in years, or could this be something dangerous? Any idea how to fix it? BTW the tires are stock size and the tire pressure is not too low. Thanks for any help!

Just got a 2004 CTS with 53,000 mi and noticed the same thing. Maybe it is normal, I hope not. Possibly someone has an answer for this.
