I want to add a quarter inch of foam to the lumbar area, and the only access seems to be the cover on the back of the seat. I was told to pull it off starting at the bottom, but I must be a real wimp because mine won't budge.

Is their a trick to it now that the bolster has an airbag? I can't see any fasteners.

 

I found a seat back cover for sale on eBay with pictures, and I was able to see how to remove mine and fix the lumbar area. It does take a lot of dense foam.
