navigation in europe

i ve bought cadillac cts 2004 and i live in poland.What i need to do with my navigation and it is possible to buy DVD with Europe on it.

I believe you can get a disc for Europe. I bought my 05 CTS as Certified Pre-Owned and they sent me a disc for free. The letter they sent has a phone number for the US but also includes a web address that you may find helpful. Its www.gmnavdisc.com. Good luck. Mike.
