How do you change the daytime running light on a 2008 cts? What all needs to be removed to get to it?

Not sure about the 08 CTS but the 04 CTS you have to remove the wheel well. Actually on my 04 I pulled the first 3 or 4 plastic push pins near the front then pulled the plastic back to be able to get my hand in there. You can access all of the lights from that point. Just take your time and don't hurry...should take more than about 10 minutes per side.
