Hard Reset Radio?

Hard Reset Radio?
My SiriusXM radio has lost it's signal. I called Sirius to resend the signal, they did a couple times but still nothing.They told me I had to take it to the dealers to have the radio "Hard Reset". Does anyone know how to do this? 2012 CTS Coupe
